Chinese Export Silver bowl w/cast and applied Chrysanthemum decoration on a round collar
w/an applied rim attached to the top. Cr 1900. Marked L.H. 90 and Congee ideogram is
reported on a bowl belonging to a New York collector and is tentatively (according to Crosby
Forbes) ascribed to Luen Hing, 231 Szechuen Road, Shanghai. One nearly imperceptible ½”
long dent on the lower edge of the outside of the bowl (see photo closeup) which can be felt on
the inside as well. Other than another much smaller and virtually invisible (can be felt on the
outside only) this piece is in virtually mint condition. Height 2 ½” X Width 4 ½” - Weight 5.9
